Raised on a 450-day corn and barley diet, it’s available as Ribeye, Striploin, and Bone-in Tenderloin. With a well-balanced marbling and robust meatiness, it delivers a flavour that’s both indulgent and satisfying—richly tender with lasting juiciness, buttery and caramel notes, and a toasty, silky finish.
Every steak at ASAP & Co is smoked with hickory and cherry wood, then grilled over glowing applewood embers. This meticulous process infuses the meat with a subtle smokiness that complements its natural character, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
