Serving up a delicious fusion of Dutch and Malay dishes, Manis En Zo's signature dish is their bitterballen. Consisting of shredded beef and creamy roux sauce covered with a crunchy, crispy coating, bitterballen are a great option for finger food the whole family will love. They even have a Malay-inspired option consisting of beef rendang! ?
