Area: UDA Business Center
UDA Business Center, also commonly known as Bandar Baru Uda, is an area of commercial development that houses a cluster of local boutiques as well as more textile shops. For ladies looking for modern modest fashion items, reserve a few hours to browse through the myriad of shops to find the perfect Raya outfits with matching scarves and accessories. These shops include but are not limited to Zawara, Al-Ikhsan, Bella Amara, Sugar Scarf and Rina Salleh Clothing. Textile giant Jakel and crowd-favourite Angsana Mall are also close-by.
This area takes about 25 minutes via car to get to from the Woodlands Checkpoint. If you’re not driving into Johor, there is the option of calling for a Grab Car. If hailing a local taxi, the friendly drivers should be familiar with the Angsana Mall and Jakel landmarks.
