Carousel is back with their Lunar New Year Festive Buffet! Their buffet boasts a wide array of cuisines from all over the world but now with some added Chinese New Year festive joy! Indulge in their Stir-fried Mud Crab in Golden Garlic Cheese Sauce or the succulent 4 Treasures Oven-baked “Kampong” Chicken for a delightful evening. Or better yet, indulge in their special CNY hotpot offering of Slow-boiled Chicken Broth with Dried Scallop and Fish Maw Soup!

2. 21 On Rajah
The Mediterr-asean cuisine in 21 On Rajah brings together a selection of Mediterranean favourites, like spiced Basmati and Sultana Saffron Rice, and street Asian fares such as clams in Assam Chilli and barbecued chicken with sambal squid rings!
In celebration of Chinese New Year, their buffet consists of such a huge spread that it offers varying selections for a whole month! Try out their Braised Poached Whole Chicken in Herbal Soup, or the Four Treasure Rice if you're looking for some carbs. Enjoy the luxurious taste of Slipper Lobster in Chilli Crab Sauce with Deep-Fried Mantou or Chicken Yang Chow Fried Rice! They are also offering their Salmon Yu Sheng for your lo hei needs. 3. J65 at Hotel JEN Singapore Tanglin

Looking for a buffet experience that will spice up your celebration? Look no further than J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin! Right now, they’re offering you an All-You-Can-Eat Prosperity Buffet which has a ton of exciting and delicious dishes that you can try!
