But before we start our celebrations, there are plenty of preparations that need to be done. From finding the right raya outfit, cleaning and redecorating the house, and making sure we have enough food and utensils for our guests  - it's plenty to do! Some of us might have started on our raya duties, but for the rest of us who are lagging behind, here are a few places to get you started with your raya shopping spree ?

Shopping at Jalan TAR is a cultural experience that goes back several decades! Note that every Saturday between 5pm - 10pm, Lorong Tuanku Abdul Rahman is closed and hosts a night market instead so your shopping options doubles up with more clothes and food ?
